I purchased Nike Revolution 8 running shoes through Flipkart, delivered on 16 April 2026. The shoes developed a tear on the side despite the outsole remaining in good condition. I contacted Nike under warranty, but my claim was initially rejected on the grounds of excessive wear. My claim number is[protected]. On 12 October 2026, Nike informed me by email that my case had been escalated for an additional review. However, I have not received a final resolution. I am dissatisfied with the handling of this warranty complaint. I request that Nike investigate the issue fairly, provide a written explanation of its findings, and offer an appropriate resolution, preferably a full refund.
