I bought an expensive pair of basketball shoes on 18 may 2018
I regret to inform you that the sole of the left and right shoe came off and paste is also out and gap occurs within a one month of the purchase.

I have been a regular customer of your products. And i appeal to you to replace the shoe. It is within the warranty period.
