Nike India — complaint for poor nike shoes

I wish to inform you that we have purchased the Nike Shoes (model - Nike Flex Experience RN 7 )(copy of the bill attached for reference) in the month of July 2018. In four months time, one shoe out of the pair is in completely bad shape (image attached for your reference). For the past 5 years, I am using Nike Shoes and a hardcore believer of the brand and its quality. But to my surprise its been the first time ever the shoe got into this bad shape.

I hope to expect a replacement of the faulty pair at the earliest.
