Nike India — defective sole of my sneaker

I purchased one pair of sneakers through online shopping about 4months back. But unfortunately the soles of the sneakers have their bottoms eroded making them unsuitable for wearing. I also regret to inform you that i have lost the bill/voucher.

So now it is upto you to accept my request for a replacement. But you shall defenitely accept my loyality to brand nike and generous enough to send me areplacement as retired govt. Employee with no steady income to fall back upon.
