Nike India — Defective track pant

Claim Slip No : 52416 Bill Detail : 1776 Purchased on : 27/00/2015 Date of first complaint : 14/10/2015 Nature of Compliant : On the very first day of wearing, I found the stiches at the back weak and opened. The defective unit was sent to the respective store for needful, but they returned it after holding it for 10-15 days with remark “wear & tear problem”. The fact of the matter is that any blind person too can vouch for that the piece has neither been worn twice, nor even washed once. I corresponded with the company a few times over mail, but their behaviour has not been positive. The last email dated 26/11/15 from their Consumercare.[protected]@nike.com read “we will contact you as soon as possible”, but till date of filing of this complaint, it is still pending.
