Nike India — Exchange of shoes (within 24 hours of purchase)

I purchased a shoe from nike store vizag on 22nd jan 2016 with buy 1 get 1 offer. One of the shoes right side pair has a manufacturing defect as the fitting is not proper. When approached the store on 23rd jan at 1330 hrs the store manager was missing (Murali krishna) and the sales person said manager has gone out for lunch and will be back by 4 pm. I asked him to call the manager once but in vain and murali krishna did not pick up. I left the showroom as i thought the shoe will be replaced. Later i got a call from the manager and he says we can not exchange as there is dust in the sole of the shoe. It is very disppointing to hear such statement from the manager and he said please call concumer care as we can not exchange the shoe. Request you to look into this and help.
