Nike India — Failure of nike air max shoe, article no[protected]

This is regarding nike shoe, which i had purchased on 13.05.2016 from nike store at city center mall, raipur, chhattisgarh.

I was fond o[censored]sing nike products and that’s why i bought this shoe for my daily gyming purpose. I have hardly used this show after purchase and all of sudden, i have found that its air max sole has got punctured. While contacting at nike store at oberoi mall, goregaon, mumbai where i live now but the store people said that the sole might have got some nail or other thing inserted inside that has punctured the sole. Nothing has been found in the sole. Store people said its non-repairable and since warranty covers only for first six month they cannot provide any replacement. This has really shocked me. Such a high value shoe if gets failed in such a short time which can even happened immediately after purchase too then i would not have bought it.in my view most of customers generally buy such type of item assuming that he/she will be using this for at least 2-3 yrs. Before going for next shoe. This is something which has heartened me a lot. Therefore i am writing this mail with all details to you

I have enclosed few photographs, bill copy and article detail for your reference purpose.

Trust as a no-1 brand company you will take my complaint seriously and consider this for a free replacement.

I lodged my compliant at consumercare. [protected]@nike.com on 30th and 5th june sent twice but no response so far.

I never knew that shoe can get puncture like tube, there was no any caution note or disclosure by company on this otherwise i would not have bought this.
