Nike India — football studs

Hi, i purchased a nike football studd for my kid on june 2017 form a outlet at phoenix city in kurla, mumbai. But same was damaged and when i went to show to claim the warranty they wanted the details. The thermal paper bill was damaged.. They said they were not able to dig out the details through the shoes barcode. Pls suggest me how to go about this.in fact if such problem arises with decathlon the one more shop regularly i shop for the sports goods simply by scanning the barcode they exchange without any hassel
