Nike India — manufacturing defect in nike running shoe | |||
I had purchased a new nike shoe from jabong in the monthend of july which i received in 1st week of august. After 2-3 uses i felt pain in left leg. I called up so many times to your customer care number but didn't got any response, then i dropped a mail on 7th september on customer care email id, after 2 week, i got a revert from mr rakesh (Customer support) to provide invoice copy. I provide same next day. Till then i didn't get any revert from nike customer care support. I had sent so many reminder mails to revert but i didn't get revert from nike. I also contacted jabong for this issue, but they told me to contact nike customer care. Now, after 3 months, without any revert i want to know what i do. I was using nike products since long time, but this time i fed up with product quality and customer support. This is not acceptable with a mnc who is very customer oriented with quality product.
