Nike India — Money debited order not placed

Order date: 07.02.2022
Result: Order not placed, money debited from bank.
Struggle: SBI mailed that money has been received by Nike. Nike mailed they have redirected the money back to the account.

Final Result: Still no refund. Nike asking to contact SBI. SBI internet banking cell asking to contact branch. Branch tells they can't do anything and we need to contact SBI internet banking cell over toll free number. This is the vicious cycle that a buyer has to go through after buying from an esteemed company like NIKE using the largest nationalised bank in the country. What luck.

Hi, I am facing a similar issue after ordering from Nike. Can you please tell me how the issue got resolved?
Same thing happened to me today. Raised a complaint here. Bank is not helping at all.
