The below email was sent on 26th Nov 2022. They said they will transfer this to Finance Team. But I am still waiting for their response.

In the first place when I made the payment I got the error message that Ërror in the payment, please try another payment method."
I tried again and the second-time money was deducted and the same error message I received on the screen.
But I did not get any confirmation email about the purchase and still money shows debited from my account.
