Nike India — Money deducted from account but order not placed and no refund till date

I tried ordering Nike Metcon 8 shoes from Nike App on 10th November 2022 costing 16245 INR. I made the payment through State Bank Of India internet banking and the amount was successfully transferred to the merchant but an error message was shown on the screen instructing to try another payment option and the order was not placed. I have lodged a complaint to my Bank's home branch and they have confirmed that the money had reached the merchant site that is nike. I have lodged numerous complaints to nike.com but no positive response from their side till date. I fee I have been duped by nike.com which is very unfortunate. Please help me get my money back from nike
