Nike India — Nike india selling poor quality garments

I recently purchased a pair of shorts and tights from Nike on Myntra, but upon receiving them, I noticed threads coming off. I returned the shorts immediately and exchanged the tights for a larger size. However, now, less than a month later, the threads are coming off from the new tights (Nike Fast Women Mid-Rise 7/8 Running Slim-Fit Ankle-Length Sports Tights With Pockets) as well. This is highly disappointing and a clear quality issue at Nike's end. I have written to Nike and their top management twice on this matter already via email and also posted about the issue on Instagram and Twitter but there has been no response from Nike's end. A serious action needs to be taken against the company as they are selling poor quality goods to their Indian Customers. This is a case of discrimination and negligence on part of Nike India. Jan 30, 2024 Updated by Stutig I had placed the complaint regarding this issue on the Nike.com website as well and they wrote back to me saying that Nike.com work separately from Nike retail stores and other websites and they can't help me with my complaint. Basically, there is no way for an Indian customer to reach Nike India to place a complaint regarding their issue and get it resolved. They have made it extremely difficult for customers to reach them and have a satisfactory resolution to their issues which is why a strict action needs to be taken so that they don't treat their Indian customers so poorly. It's been 18days and I haven't heard from any representative at Nike. I would like this forum to put pressure on the brand to rectify this issue or advise on how to escalate the same. I believe and trust that you will help me with the same at the earliest. Thank you!
