I have sent the KYC documents multiple times but everytime they gets rejected, please either cancel the order and start the refund process so that i can place it again or allow me to change the address. The order is under the name Kritika Pareek and the address is 102 uttara enclave, range hills road, ashok nagar (both are mentioned in the attached agreement document. Above is mail send to nike many times but they are not taking any actions please let me know about the product and return i also had a chat with nike representative several times but they doesn't take any action Was this information helpful? same thing happened with me...we don't have any option, just wait until customs return the order to Aramex, then only you could get your refund
