Nike India — Nike shoes Air max 97

Address:DRP POLICE LINE POLICE STATION KE PICHE, C4/2 borkhad police line

On Feb 2 2023 I placed an order for a pair of shoes from Nike India app for the amount of INR 16, 995. I made the payment through SBI net-banking. The money has been debited from my account but the order has not been reflected in the app.

Kindly look into the issue. I am attaching the screenshot of the transaction.
