Nike India — Nike shoes defect

I am great fan of Nike Running shoes since 30 years
i had purchased shoes from NIke show room at Mumbai at Phoenix mall compound on 7/03/2024 . the shoes didn't last for a month and there was a hole in the Net due to running . this is happened first time in 30 years time as the net used is substandard.i had approached the same store but they refused to help me. i had registered complain by mail but they nike .com but were not able help me

it is my humble request to replace the defective pieceas soon as possible as it is in warranty period

We are sorry to hear about your Nike pair. This is absolutely not the experience we wanted you to have on Nike products.
If the order was placed outside Nike.com, first option is to contact the store or website where the order was placed to check for their policy. Please be aware that Nike.com work separately from Nike retail stores and other websites, that is why they have different policies. On our end, we can only initiate returns for orders that are only placed at Nike.com.
If in case the store was unable to assist you with their policy, next option is to contact Nike Corporate Team in India so that they can be able to check for available options on your order.
