Nike India — nike shoes defective

I have purchased nike shoes from gurdaspur within 7-8 months the shoes have been deteriorated badly. At the time of shopping the sales person told us that the warranty period is 1 year now they have denied completely. Being a loyal customer of nike feeling very embarrassed. The shoes are i'm bad condition while i have not used much them. No response from toll free no of nike. Please resolve the issue or be ready to meet in consumer court soon.
