Nike India — nike slippers

I purchased the nike slippers in march and have been using them for only 5 months. Today my slippers broke and it was difficult for me to come back home with a broken slipper.
I have only been using them for walking activities. No running or playing. I mostly used them indoors while painting flower pots during my holidays.
I had bought them on my birthday on 17 march.
Kindly provide assistance in the matter
