Nike India — Payment deducted but no signs of order or confirmation

I placed an order via nike app for two sweatshirts. There was an issue with the website earlier hence I chose the app. I made the payment via UPI (UPI reference no[protected] to the VPA- [protected]@yesbank for amount ₹7190. I haven’t received any email or an SMS that states the confirmation of my order. Rather when called upon, am being told there’s nothing in your system that relates to my email id and no such payment has been received. I have been trying to connect to an executive via call, email and even the chat option available online.
I even called by bank (HDFC) to confirm about the same and they said payment has been deducted from their end. So the issue lies with NIKE. Please revert ASAP.

Hi, I am facing a similar issue after ordering from Nike. Can you please tell me how the issue got resolved?
Same thing happened to me today. Raised a complaint here. Bank is not helping at all.
