Nike India — Payment deducted, but showing failed on nike.com

Hi Team Nike, I have submitted this issue to your Email, Online chats, Talked to your team (Nike.com - USA Number) on the phone but your pathetic team doesn’t even care to respond back. I have been following up for the past 8 days to get the refund for the amount deducted (But showed failed on nike.com) but your inefficient staff doesn’t take any responsibility. An amount of INR 16, 490 Had been deducted from my account 8 days ago from ICICI Bank. If your payment keeps on failing then why don’t you offer COD ? Why do you have to put the customer in so much trouble ? I need the refund immediately for the payment deducted.

Same thing happened to me today. Raised a complaint here. Bank is not helping at all.
