I ordered shoes online from NIke.com website. I did the payment through SBI internet banking. Money got deducted but they did not confirm my order due to some issue in their website. My deducted money is still not credited back to my account. Payment was done on 19 November. It has crossed 2 months, still my issue is not resolved yet from Nike.
I confirmed from SBI bank, the payment was successful to Nike merchant. I contacted Nike customer support multiple times, they said they will refund my money but not done yet. 15245 amount was done and screenshot of SBI internet banking is attached. Also attaching Nike complaint conversions.
Now I am unable to dial their customer support no, not sure if they blocked it or not.
