I ordered shoes on November 7th, but the purchase was not fulfilled even though the money was taken out of my account. I contacted the bank, and they also confirmed that the money was taken out of my account.
I have been contacting them every two to three days over the past few days, but they have always responded with the same icy response: "We will update on your mail; please wait 3-5 days." I have sent them every detail regarding the amount deducted, but they have not responded with the proper information regarding the status of my refund.
I feel I have been duped by Nike.com, which is very unfortunate. Please help me get my money back from Nike. Was this information helpful? |
