I purchased a pair of sneakers from Nike India on July 12th and had it returned as soon as I received them from Singapore. An acknowledgment was sent stating that we have received the product & that the refund was issued on 29th July 2022. Its Sept 5th as of writing this complaint and I haven't received any refund from Nike yet. I have called Nike, writing multiple emails to them regarding the same without any clear resolution on this issue at all. They only keep stating there has been a mishap from their end and that their still looking for the proof of refund, however nothing regarding my refund yet. I went the extra mile to even check the same with my bank and even they stated clearly that no refund has been initiated from Nike.
