Nike India — Refund of online order not received

I have repeatedly written e-mails to nike for non-refund of my order (details as below). I have received an e-mail from Nike dated 24th August, 2022 that the refund was processed on 12th August and should hit my bank in next 7 to 10 days. Its been more then 10 days and i haven't received my refund. I want nike to take strict action and process this at the earliest since i have been following up on this for almost two months now. No resolution in next 7 days i will be forced to take legal action.

Same thing. Got an email saying refund processed on 10th august and it has been 20 days still have not received the refund.
