Nike India — Regarding nike slipper

I feel very regretted to inform you that, your products are not fulfilling there value and so do your authourised store. I bought a slipper from your authourised store in kota (Rajasthan). Within 15 days of my purchase the stiching of the slipper started to come out and finally it opened. I took it to the authourised store and they took that slipper to a normal vendor (Mochi) and got it repaired very cheaply, and they said that if the stiching comes out in warranty period the company allows us to get it repaired from a mochi. The service which is being provided is not acceptable, the price of the slipper is 1400 rupees which is a good sum for a slipper but not for a defected one. And a slipper of this cost doesn't deserve this cheap stitching. I hope you'll look into the matter and provide us satisfactry service and get this matter resolved as soon as possible.
