Regrettably, it took over a week for your team to acknowledge that the refund was delayed due to a technical issue and would require manual processing. However, I have yet to receive an update or confirmation from the manager, despite assurances.
I am extremely disappointed in the lack of transparency, accountability, and adherence to business ethics displayed by your company. The cancellation of my order without notification and the protracted refund process have caused significant inconvenience.
I request immediate attention to this matter and:
1. Prompt processing of my refund.
2. Written confirmation of the refund via email.
3. Explanation for the technical issue causing the delay.
I have created a ticket with your email team and multiple tickets with your chat team but have received no response.
I hope that your company will take necessary steps to address these issues and prevent similar experiences for future customers.
