Dear sir,
I would like to bring your kind notice i was purchased one sport shoe pair 4star rating model[protected] sl. No upc[protected] size 44 at your retail outlet reliance foot print near suchitra circle, kompally road secunderabad - 500014 ph:[protected] on dt:- 5/02/2017 bill no:9950 with great faith on nike brand, but unfortunately with in the span of 5 months both l. H & r. H got damaged at front end fabric area as shown in photo. It clearly indicates that quality issue. So, i visited on 26/07/2017 at above mentioned show room for replacement, they simply rejected to replace not interested to listen us. Please find the attached copy of cash bill and photos of shoes for your reference. I would appreciate to replacement with new pair.
