Nike India — bad quality shoes

I have purchased nike shoes from sports station aurangabad. Within 11 months the shoes have been deteriorated badly. At the time of shopping the sales person kuldeep chapal kar told us that the warranty period is 1 year now they have denied completely. Being a loyal customer of nike feeling very embarrassed. The shoes are i'm bad condition while i have not used much them. No response from toll free no of nike and sports station virangana stores team. Please resolve the issue or be ready to meet in consumer court soon.
