Nike India — shoes got damaged | |||||
Respected sir/mam My name is sumit tushir. Ihave bought your shoes from your chattarpur store in delhi on 20/02/2017. I loved your shoes but they got damaged after 3-4 months o[censored]se. I was not in the country when they started getting damaged. I came back this week that is why i am complaining now. The right shoe started getting torn/damaged from the toe area after 3-4 months o[censored]se and now it look so bad that toe is coming out from the shoes. I request you to replace it with new one. I would be so kind of you if you replace them as soon as possible. Photo of the damaged shoes is attached along with bill receipt and product no. Of shoes. I am extremely disappointed with the poor quality used in making NiKE shoes. My recent experience has been very unpleasant. Only after a few months of casual usage the shoes has started tapering off. I wish i had never bought this ch3ap quality product.
