Nike India — shoes have been torn from one side

I have purchased nike running shoes from westend mall ludhiana on date 5/10/2016. Cost of shoes was 6995 rupees. But mine shoes have been torn. I have visited store but they have told me to complain online. I am not satisfied with the product i have purchased.. I want to exchange mine shoes. Pls help me out. First one shoe have been torn and now second has also started. I am posting images of both shoes. I am alsoposting the pictures of my payment
