Nike India — worst service & defective product

Dear Nike Team,

I have purchase a shoe at your Saharaganj mall Lucknow store, your sale team ask me this shoe is very durable and good but used within 3 month he break it mesh(Net), after the damage i was visit at your store then your staff ask me this is not approved just because this is accidental, but this is not accidental ok this is manifesting defected please change my shoe otherwise i will never trust your brand and never recommend anyone else and shear the damage photos, worst quality at social network also...
as for discuss these area sales manager Mr. Shubham he was ask me i differently do some this they also a tell a lei, he not picking my call and not resolve the customer problem..
If I’m purchasing too costly products then it’s your responsibility the customer are satisfied your service..

All your requirements details is mentioned in below attachment please check and change immediately..

then after this complain i will case file at your brand NIKE because your product is duplicate in your Lucknow store and worst service, i was write on your customer care id 16th time but your team was not reply on the same issue, find the proof at below attachment ..

After this complain i shear the worst service at Facebook, twitter and all the types of social network then you realize how to feel a customer then he was face problem..
