I made an online purchase at Nike.com on 09.11.2022 at 6:29 pm for Rs. 23, 440 from telangana, India.
While payment, I selected the option for UPI . After the payment of Rs. 23, 440 was debited from my account in Phone pe and it redirected to a page stating " Payment Error: We couldn't process your payment. Please try again with different payment method".
I had contacted Nike support staff and have also mailed them but yet to get any solution. They kept saying to wait for 7-8 business days but it has been 20 days and
I am yet to receive any clear statement from NIKE about the refund.
