Nil — dead dog on street

There is a dead dog lying in my street since yesterday 9/8/2019. I am not aware about the cause of incident. The dead dog is smelling really bad creating problem for the residents. Since it is a hygiene issue and may create health problems please take strong action as soon as possible at the below given address :
