Drainage cover in front of our building is damaged and I have request your private contractor (Saurabh) to replace it. But he is not taking any initiative.

I am a resident of O-Block, Sriniwaspuri. From 19-20 May 2022 there was excavation (digging) work going around O- Block Sriniwaspuri. From past few days we are facing a problem of sewer water mixing in our drinking water main line. Return agent says MRP tag is not there. This is really annoying...how am I supposed to know what tags should be there when I received it as is...this is cheating people by refusing refund...
