Nil — Recharge on another number

Hello team PayZapp (HDFC),

My name is Sahil [my registered mobile no. is [protected]], by mistake while i recharge my no. my joi's no. of last digit will change to 5 instead of 2, i seen this after my recharge was done, but the recharge done on another no.
I request kindly take prompt and appropriate action and refunded by amount i.e 666.00 rs
