Namasthe! I have purchased a v-guard water heater from pai
International, bannerghatta road, bangalore during october 2017. Two
Months before it stopped working due to electrical shorting in
Indicator wiring. After complaint one technician arrived after three
Days and carried out so called repair which failed very next day.
Again i had to complain and wait for two weeks. It was repaired. Today
Morning it failed again.
It seems i got myself trapped into a world renowned brand name, famous retailer and made a purchase. If the product well within the warranty period fails frequently, what happens after the expiry of warranty period. I am
Totally disgusted with the quality of product and standard of your
Technicians as well. How long and how many times i have to wait for
The technician to arrive and dedicate my time to assist him. I request
You to look into the matter on top priority and solve my issues. If
Nothing can be done, please take your product away, i feel the paid
Amount is lost due to my mistake.
