Nilesh — non refund for irctc cancelled train ticket

My irctc transaction id is[protected],
I cancelled my ticket on irctc on 24th feb 2018 &
On 26th feb2018 the amount of 575 inr is credited to zkpy as per sms sent to me & irctc record.
Till date i have not received this amount to my cosmos bank account, which debit card was used for transaction.
Please check & let me know reason for not getting refund of cancelled ticket.
