One of my associate had been to reservation centre at Ghatkopar Station (East) at early morning at around 04.15 am on 06/12/2014.
One man was sleeping ahead of him. In queue he awake and confirmed his number behind him. That man got annoyed and told that your number is 8th. On enquiring about other 7 he replied that they are coming. He called somebody and couple of people came and started behaving rudely and misbehaved with him. The person was drunked.
My associate got scared and asked for the help of Railway Police present over there, but he did not intervened and told that he can not do anything till 07.30 am. My associate dialled 100 for police help at 04.34 am twice but it went in vain.
The men started arguing with him and replied that you call any body but nothing is going to happen, we are persons of Agent and our boss MANAGES everything.
Keeping them aside my associate went to Vikhroli Station and got the ticket from there. The PNR of ticket is[protected].
My complaint is against RPF personnel and vigilance department of Railway.
1. Had some incident would have occurred who should have been held responsible?
2. Why did Railway Personnel looked on when he was very much aware the scene going on there?
3. What action vigilance department is taking against those agents? Have the vigilance people ever tried to act as a dummy passenger and had been in queue to check up the matter?
4. Why token number is not issued by railway authorities in order to avoid such clashes.
