We have arranged said transport company for local transportation trip at ooty and they agreed to pick up us from mettupalayam.. (Total 13000 for 3 days)
We were coming up from chennai with 5 family & kids (Kids are all below 1 yr)
We missed our train and gone to coimbatore by bus with lots of struggles.
During our travel to coimbatore, we requested the travel agency for arrangement to pick us from coimbatore with extra cost.
Whereas transport agency neglect our request and asked us to come directly to ooty. (Agreed to pick us at mettupalayam)
With lots of struggle we managed to go ooty (1 day lost)
We used their vehicle only 2 days. Whereas transport company claimed to pay total 13000 without any deduction. They stopped our vehicle in between somewhere and claimed total amount. We were standing at roads with kids in hand. They never listened our speech and used bad conversation among us.
The way they behave to us was unbearable and led us to frightened situation.
At finally we paid full amount and started our vehicle.
We strongly request all to ban these kind of company for public transportation.
