I can say they are the number one fraud agency in the world. We have booking mazda for our ooty trip from 18th of oct to 20th of oct. As discussed with him they have to pick up from meetupalayam on 18th oct at 6am and 3 days sightseeing and finally drop at coimbatore. Total fare fixed for this trip was 13000 inr.

However, on 18 this fraud agency didn't send any vehicle to pick us they said that road wasn’t in good condition...

We have arranged said transport company for local transportation trip at ooty and they agreed to pick up us from mettupalayam.. (Total 13000 for 3 days)
We were coming up from chennai with 5 family & kids (Kids are all below 1 yr)
We missed our train and gone to coimbatore by bus with lots of struggles.
