I bought 3+2 sofa set from Rama Traders in udhampur in june 2015. And today I saw the both the sofas are eaten by insects from the base. The plyboard is completely damaged and the powder is falling from it. How come the sofa from brand like nilkamal is damaged just after 5 years. May be it's not even 5 years it's a slow process may be the sofa already start getting spoiled after 3-4 years. I need the solution for the problem. All the other furniture in my house is already like more than 20 years still nothing happens to it. It's means we no need to buy furniture from outside furniture stores like nilkamal. The price of the products is so high but if you compare it with the quality of the product is nothing.

Updated by ssunil691 I complaint to my local nilkamal furniture store but he did nothing for me. He told me the warranty is only 6 months. Of course nothing will happen to any furniture in 6 months. It's not about the warranty of the product it's about the quality of the product. Seems they have used the cheapest quality of plywood easily eaten by insects.
