I bought a genuine leather sofa name Wilson in feb22. But now the leather from of the seat is breached . J feel cheated after spending so much money the product is not of good quality. When contacted the customer care and showroom they say warranty only for 12 months. Why should I pay when after spending so much money and product lasting only few months

मैंने[protected] को 04 कुर्सी का ऑर्डर किया था। ऑर्डर नंबर 86642 है। पैसा already paid है। ऑर्डर करते समय Expecting Delivery Date[protected] बता रहा था।मैनें यह chair दीवाली के लिए खरीदा है।किंतु आज[protected] हो गया है, और Track my order में जाने पर दिखता है कि shipment शुरू भी नहीं हुआ है। अगर दीवाली में chair नहीं आता है तो इस खरीददारी का कोई मतलब नहीं है।
कृपया बताया जाए कि कब तक मेरा सामान मुझे मिल जाएगा।

I cant cancel order...its not been shipped yet still i cant see a cancel option

On nilkamal portal I booked a product on 13th October 2023 after seeing the delivery date as 16th October 2023. But it was not delivered. On 16th evening when I call customer care, they booked the product and asked me to wait for 2 days. On 18th October 2023 I have received a message that my product is dispatched from Hosur location via BlueDart courier where the delivery is on 20th October 2023. But still today, I see no reply from both Nilkamal and BlueDart. Please help me on this

Nilkanal knight maroon/beige ka leather kharab nikla..Fat gya hai... Showroom me compliant ki pr kuch nhi huaa...Kripa compliant darz kr sudhar aane ka kast kre.

Bed Table cover will be damage

Bought one table chair set from nilkamal furniture ideas, rs puram, Coimbatore, tamil nadu. Screws from back support of chair are broken from left side.screws coming out and back support is broken.

The online order of the Nilkamal Willy Queen bed has been delivered.
However, there have been no installation arrangements made to date, despite being reminded over e-mail (furniture.[protected]@nilkamal.com)

Please arrange the same a.s.a.p. for the furniture is fragile in nature and needs professional assistance.

I purchased sofa set from authorised service centre, but i missed my original bills but share transaction details still they are not acknowledging my complaint

I purchased this sofa in 2022 april, now the 3 seater sofa leg is loose and does not support sofa and soft is tilted. what to do

2 days back purchased dinning table there is damage piece was received please check and fix it

I’ve mailed you on 12th of Feb for a pickup of and refund my money matter as the product which is a dustbin has arrived broken.

Product was purchased online through Flipkart on 6th Dec, 2022 and the same was delivered on 10th December.. Have tried to reach out to the Organisation and respective dealer multiple time.. Very Bad experience... As you can see from the attached pic, one of the table sheet has a patch.. As per Nilkamal representative this is what you will get on our table. It's just that this patch is on the back side and unfortunately it has come on front...

I got ordered a dustbin for which i have sent mail for that matter. It cane broken and second time after so long it was picked and then later it came again that to in a broken state. Kindly refund my money and get broken dustbin picken which has arrived broken for the second time. Pls look in to the matter an resolve.

Installation person came to my Home, he checked that and Same problem raised...that's not the correct part...I need Refund...I don't need this anymore...taking these many days..I want Refund...soo i don't want replace...I need Refund only...worst Serviceeeee everrrr...next month EMI going to start for Uninstaller waste bed...what should I do... I would like to inform you that, The behavior of the Nilkamal store manager of Dhanbad (Jharkhand) is very cruel towards his customer, due to which the customer like us is having trouble regarding the shifting of the goods standing from his Nilkamal store.He always says that his staff is not available and he does not want to listen to anyone else through the phone.They are saying that any how you will have to visit their store for some other work, otherwise they will not do your work.If this is the way poo service will be provided to its customer, then why would anyone buy goods from their store. Kindly look the above matter on priority basis and solve the problem at the earliest.

I booked an office chair and table on the 21st of August, The nilkamal exclusive showroom owner said he would deliver the order on the 22nd August but he didn't. Then he called me and said he needs to book a new order which will take 1 week of time to deliver.

After one week 29th August When I called him and asked for the status then he said till now the order didn't deliver.

The next day he called me and requested to use the old product for sometime, once the new product is delivered, he will replace it. Then I agreed and he delivered the old product on 31st August to my home address.

From 31st August - 17th August every couple of days I asked for the status of the product and the owner didn't give me a clear picture about the delivery date. everytime he was saying it would take 2 more days to dispatch.

Finally he delivered a product (office chair/table) on 17th August which was damaged.

Then I asked to replace the product but he didn't agree and said Nilkamal was delivering this type of product and we can't do anything.

Then I contacted to customer care he has given me an area manager email id 'Manoj.[protected]@nilkaml.com' but that person didn't respond my email and when I conveying same to nilkamal customer care they are saying area manager is the right person. Tell me whom I need to contact.
