Inspite of speaking regularly to all the managers in the store and following up.. I don't see any positive response from the @home store in madhapur.. They are so careless or least bothered about our issue.

Inspite of allowing the store people to visit our home to check the problem so many times they just left our issue unaddressed. Very bad customer service. This company doesn't have any value for their customers.. I pray that no one should suffer like us. Seriously advise each and every one to better go to a different store rather than encouraging such money minded people.

Updated by [email protected] Till now none of the store guys have called us up.They are so careless and very bad customer service..they think managers are king of the stores not the people who manage the store to see that customers are happy with their service
