Nilkamal — dining table chair is defected

This is to inform you that i bought a dining table set with four chairs from surana furniture, purnea bihar in january 2018 out of these one chair is defected manufactured since starting. I complaint to my seller he said that he lodge a complaint but still no one is consult to replace that one defected chair. Bad experience with nilkamal product even most of furniture is also nilkamal brand in my house. So kindly look into the matter seriously.
