I bought a Nilkamal chair a month ago and the product is damaged and has quality issues. I have been contact their customer service for over three weeks now and they are not providing a resolution for the problem. Every time I contact customer support I receive the same response of "we have sent the issue to the concerned team, we do not have any updates."
The customer service agents are very irresponsible and do not provide any updates on how and when the issue will be resolved, despite constantly following up with them for 3 weeks.
