Nilkamal — product damage

Address:MIG-161, near MIG park, balaji nagar, kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500072

I taken 4 chairs on 15th august 2019 in metro cash and carry after 2 to 3 days, it gets damaged like breaking in middle parts of the product, i think this problem happened by air bubble mark in mouldings part. Please taken care of the product and don't uder mark the product brand. I want to explain and bring it to your notice what happened exactly.
