Nilkamal Order No 33972 Nilkamal Carlos 4 Seater Dining Set
The order was placed on 27th March 2022 through https://www.nilkamalfurniture.com/
Initially the shipment was wrongly sent and delivered to a different state, upon raising a complaint, they retrieve the shipment and redirected to my correct given address.
I was in touch with Nilkamal through many webchat as well as in emails, also i was in touch with blue dart express courier.
15th Apr 2022 i received the shipment in an total damaged condition, whereas i raised the query to the Blue Dart courier, they requested to communicate with the shipper.
Also the courier not submitted the shipper invoice or delivery note.
I have sent a detailed email to Nilkamal requesting the same model and brand new dining set to my given address without any single scratch or damage.
If Nilkamal not able to supply the same model dining set, i need my full money back along with the compensation.
Expecting a solution in this forum.
