Nilkamal — product not delivered and no response from the team

Order for a Plastic 4 chester drawer is placed on August 14th 2019 with an assured delivery of 10 days with the order number 2014. No one has delivered the product till date and not even responding to the emails nor calls when trying to recach them. Wanted to know what is the problem in delivering the products or atleast responding to the users when trying to contact the team
