Nilkamal — quality of service and products | |||||
I have purchased full home decor as 2 almirah, 1bed, 2 sofa set, xchairs, table, shoe rack and iron stand. After 15days almirah screw point was loosed and one door of almirah broken. After complaining to sales representatives of nilkamal in gonda (M/s goel) he suggested me to contact customer care of nilkamal, when i reached to customer care the representative alloted a person to come and we have contacted many time to that person still he hadn't t responded. Finally i want to say its better to purchase from local carpenter than to buy from this hypocrite type brand. Was this information helpful? | |||||
