Hello,
I have ordered this @home bed on 19/06/2018. The bed paint was gone most of the place and also the plastic loops given for the pipes on the headboard was not fitting.
After several calls and email, they took back the bed and bought it back after painting. But though the painting was not done properly, still i kept took it.
Plastic loop issue was still not resolved. They took the old plastic loops and assured that they will courier the new one in 15 day through courier but nothing came back. I tried calling them and they assure of back and they never do it.
After sending several email, they finally responded saying you will receive it in 7 days. But its almost 3 weeks now and no response.

I request to take stringent action and levy heavy penalty to ignore customer service as its 4 months.
